Villa Canaima is a family run business, a cozy and peaceful tourist accommodation of 31 self-catering apartments, with air conditioning / heating, Free WiFi and one outdoor pool, among other amenities.

 Our reception is not open 24 hours, but we are at your service for whatever you need and to take good care of you. Please email us at info@villacanaima.com with your arrival details, including your flight number, airline, and estimated time of arrival at Lanzarote airport. This will allow us to make arrangements for your apartment entry upon your arrival at Villa Canaima. You will receive your unique access code, which will be provided either in person at the reception or via email, a few days before your arrival day. This code will serve as your virtual key, granting you access to your respective apartment. We have a contact number and an e-mail available 24 hours, to handle any emergency. 

Ideal Location - quiet and relaxing

Spent 5 nights at Villa Canaima. Had late flights so reception was closed but we had great comms with the location prior to arrival and we were able to check-in prior to arriving and received directions and details of where our room was and the key code for entry - all went like clockwork

Location is about a mile from the airport so might have been cheaper to get a taxi than use the shuttle bus

Location is very quiet - amazingly so - which we loved. Small complex with about 30 rooms. All very clean and the self catering kitchens were kitted out really well with everything that we needed and room had large TV with large selection of channels - approx 10 channels per country.

Shared pool with loungers but was almost always completely free during our stay - pool clean and refreshingly cold

View from balcony was great - we were on top floor had great views out over the sea

5 min walk from a range or restaurants and shops and the beach, and 30 min walk from main built-up area of Puerto Del Carmen (could have taken buses but we didn't)

Staff were very friendly and helpful

Fabulous apartments

We were lucky enough to get last minute availability and we were so glad we did. Apartment was great, spotless and really cofortable. Our balcony was great and we spent our afternoons relaxing and soaking up the sun. Nelly is a great host of the pool bar and his cooking is fab. Thank you for the Baby Guiness!! On our last day we were allowed to keep the apartment until our afternoon flight which we appreciated. Thank you to everyone at Villa Canaima and we will see you the next time we are in Matagorda

Really enjoyed our stay here last week.

Apartments are clean and comfortable, nice pool area and again kept very clean, plenty of available sunbeds when we were there.

There's a great little pool bar for food and drinks during the day all reasonably priced and very good quality, bar is run by Nelly who works really hard to keep everyone fed and watered, he's a star.

All staff and cleaners are super friendly and work really hard to keep everything spotless, always smiling and say hello.

Approx 5 to 10 mins walk to the bars and restaurants in Matagorda so in a convenient location, we would stay here again.

Two words describe Apartamentos Villa Canaima "Absolutely Fabulous". The apartment and grounds were spotlessly clean. The reception staff were courteous and helpful. The cleaning staff were friendly and efficient. The barman in the poolside bar was great and the food and drink was very reasonably priced. The location of the apartments was ideal, away from the hustle and bustle but within a short walk of plenty of shops and restaurants.

The only negative I could mention is that the kitchen hob had only two rings so you may struggle to prepare a gourmet meal if thats what you're in to.

We will definitely stay here again
