50% non-refundable - PREPAYMENT: 50% of the total amount will be charged on the day of the booking and is not-refundable under no circumstance. Cancellations or No-Show are not allowed. Modifications are only accepted, subject to availability, with a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival date and notified by email.

Our reception is open six days a week to attend all your queries, but it is not open 24 hours. Please email to info@villacanaima.com your arrival details: flight number, airline and estimated arrival time to Lanzarote Airport.

Our reception is not open 24 hours a day, please email us at info@villacanaima.com with your arrival details, including your flight number, airline, and estimated time of arrival at Lanzarote airport. This will allow us to make arrangements for your apartment entry upon your arrival at Villa Canaima. You will receive your unique access code, which will be provided either in person at the reception or via email, a few days before your arrival day. This code will serve as your virtual key, granting you access to your respective apartment. We have a contact number and an e-mail available 24 hours, to handle any emergency.

Check in: 1:00 p.m. (Early entry subject to availability)

Check out: 10:00 a.m. Free late checkout (subject to availability) or use our courtesy room with toilet, shower and luggage storage.

Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.

Animals are not allowed.

Currently none of our apartments are accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Parking is free on the street.

The relationship and any issues that may arise between guest and tourist accommodation will be governed by current Spanish legislation. For the resolution of any questions that may arise between the parties, expressly renouncing their own jurisdiction, they submit to the Jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Arrecife de Lanzarote.
