There is a public bus service 24 hours between Arrecife and Puerto del Carmen, and between Puerto del Carmen and the airport (subject to schedule). Matagorda bus stop is at 100m from Villa Canaima Apartments.
There is also a taxi stop 50 meters away from Villa Canaima Apartments.

Our reception is not open 24 hours, but we are at your service for whatever you need and to take good care of you. Please email us at info@villacanaima.com with your arrival details, including your flight number, airline, and estimated time of arrival at Lanzarote airport. This will allow us to make arrangements for your apartment entry upon your arrival at Villa Canaima. You will receive your unique access code, which will be provided either in person at the reception or via email, a few days before your arrival day. This code will serve as your virtual key, granting you access to your respective apartment. We have a contact number and an e-mail available 24 hours, to handle any emergency.
